During your massage appointment, the massage therapist will have you complete a medical history form. The therapist will then go over that form with you to decide which type of therapy is best for you. Once your therapy has been chosen, the therapist will leave the room, allowing you to undress to your level of comfort. A sheet is provided for draping. The therapist will undrape only the part of the body being massaged, ensuring that your modesty is respected at all times. Your massage will take place on a heated massage table in a comfortable setting with soft music, low lighting and aroma therapy, if desired. You can expect a peaceful, relaxing experience.
